Alliance's objective
Establishing a powerful defense industry ecosystem that unites manufacturers of artillery systems, ammunition, explosives, propellants, solid rocket fuel, naval drones, components and parts for UAVs and loitering munitions, as well as producers and innovators in the field of humanitarian demining. Activity
The Defense Alliance of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Ukrainian Arms Council, is joining forces to strengthen Ukraine’s defense industry.

Alliance was established in response to challenges in the defence industry
The industry requires significant investment. However, the unfavourable business climate and security risks do not help attract the necessary resources. Instead, Ukrainian businesses in the miltech sector are increasingly migrating abroad.
● Lack of systematic cooperation between the public and private sectors
As a result, the industry operates in a chaotic manner: players are isolated from each other, which prevents the sector from working in synergy.
● Lack of a unified defence industry development policy
Industry participants and manufacturers do not have a clear understanding of priorities in developments, solutions, services and products, which hinders strategic development.
● A large number of requests from the defence industry without an effective processing mechanism
Due to the lack of established processes for processing requests, the development of national production slows down and purchases of foreign solutions increase. As a result, Ukraine's economy is losing its production potential and the sector is becoming less competitive.
We believe that by joining forces, we can find common solutions, create clear algorithms for action and turn challenges into new opportunities for development.
